Privacy PolicyZekro – Debt Tracker & IOU

Overview

Zekro is an app for manually tracking debts, loans, payments and due dates. Data is processed primarily on the device, without a Zekro account, advertising or analytics tools.

1. Operator and scope

Zekro is developed and published by TSI Dev Studio. This policy applies to the Zekro app and its features.

Zekro is an organization tool, not a bank, payment service, professional accounting product or financial adviser.

2. Data processed locally

  • Names of people and debts, amounts, currencies, due dates, notes, history and partial payments entered by the user.
  • Recurring debts, installments, bill splits, net balances, preferences, settings, Lifetime state and data needed for the Today view.
  • Receipt or proof photos selected by the user and optional payment details entered for reminder messages.
  • Zekro does not require full card numbers, CVV, PIN or banking passwords.

3. No account, server or tracking

  • TSI Dev Studio does not receive the local database and operates no server for user debt records.
  • Zekro requires no account or email and includes no ads, Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics or tracking SDKs.
  • Data is not sold, rented or used for advertising profiles.

4. Contacts and photos

  • The Android contact picker lets the user select a contact; Zekro stores only the selected name and does not request broad READ_CONTACTS permission.
  • Proof photos are added only after an explicit user choice and remain associated with the local record.

5. Reminders and sharing

  • Due-date notifications are scheduled locally and can be disabled in Zekro or Android.
  • A reminder message, remaining amount and optional payment details are shared only when the user selects a destination and confirms sharing.
  • Send feedback opens the email app with technical details visible before sending; Zekro does not send the message automatically.

6. Backup, Android Auto Backup and exported files

  • Encrypted manual or weekly backups, CSV exports and imports, and PDF statements use the Android file picker and a user-chosen location.
  • If Drive, an SD card or another provider is selected, that provider handles the file under its own policy; TSI Dev Studio does not receive it.
  • Android Auto Backup may include app data in the user's Google account according to system settings. The developer does not receive or control that copy.
  • The user is responsible for protecting and deleting exported files when no longer needed.

7. Widgets and shortcuts

Widgets and shortcuts read local data and may display amounts, people or due dates on the home screen. The user decides whether to add them and should consider visibility to anyone with physical device access.

8. Google Play

  • Google Play Billing processes the one-time Zekro Lifetime purchase and entitlement restoration. Zekro receives only the technical purchase state and not full card details.
  • Google Play In-App Review or the app listing may be opened for a rating. Google handles ratings and review text under its own policies.

9. Retention and deletion

  • Data remains on the device until the user deletes records, clears app data or uninstalls the app.
  • TSI Dev Studio cannot remotely view, recover, change or delete the local database or separately saved files.
  • Access, correction, export and deletion are performed in the app and through Android controls.

10. Contact

For privacy questions, use the public TSI Dev Studio contact form or email tsi.studio.dev@gmail.com.

11. Changes and contact

This policy may be updated when app features or platform requirements change. The version and date appear above. For questions, use the public support form on the home page.
