Purchase processing
App and Lifetime licence purchases are processed through Google Play under the terms applicable to the user's account and region. TSI Dev Studio does not receive full card numbers, CVV codes or complete banking credentials.
Refunds
Google Play allows refund requests in certain circumstances, including through its support flows during the first 48 hours. Approval is not automatic and depends on Google Play policy, region, purchase type and applicable legal rights. After that period or for technical help, you may contact us; we cannot guarantee or directly process a refund controlled by Google Play.
Post-purchase support
For a technical issue, email tsi.studio.dev@gmail.com with the app name, device and Android version. If order identification is needed, you may provide the Google Play GPA order ID; never send card details or passwords.
Restoring a purchase
Where an app supports restoration, use the same Google Play account used for the purchase.
