Record Snoring and Night Sounds on Android
Night sounds can include talking, snoring, coughing, movement or background noise. Zizly helps you review audible moments captured during the night without presenting them as medical findings.
Which nighttime sounds may appear
An active session may capture speech, snoring, coughing, movement-related noises or sounds from the room. What appears depends on the environment, phone placement and volume of the event.
Zizly identifies audio activity locally and keeps short clips. It does not label a sound as a health condition or establish its cause.
A focused timeline instead of hours of silence
The morning timeline puts captured moments in sequence. You can listen to each clip, decide whether it is useful and remove recordings you do not want to retain.
For a practical setup, keep the phone charging on a stable surface near the bed and avoid covering its microphone.
Snoring recordings are not a diagnosis
A recording may help you hear that a sound occurred. Zizly is not a sleep-apnea detector, does not diagnose snoring or breathing disorders and does not replace a sleep study.
If a nighttime sound raises a health concern, discuss it with an appropriate professional rather than relying on the app alone.
Private control of captured audio
Processing and storage remain local during normal use. Zizly does not automatically upload or share captured clips; sharing occurs only when you choose it.
You can delete clips manually, and older recordings may be removed according to your selected settings.
