Sleep Talk Recorder for Android
A sleep talk recorder helps capture spoken moments that happen while you are asleep. Zizly focuses on relevant audio activity and gives you a practical timeline to review the next morning.
What a sleep talk recorder does
People may talk during sleep without remembering it. A recorder can provide a personal record of audible moments, but a single all-night file can be cumbersome to review.
Zizly keeps short clips when it identifies audio activity during an explicitly started session. This makes the listening process more focused without making medical interpretations.
From bedtime setup to morning review
Place the Android phone near the bed, leave it charging, grant microphone access and start monitoring. In the morning, open the timeline and listen to the clips in order.
The timeline can contain talking, snoring, coughing, movement-related sounds or background noise. Context matters, and an audio clip alone does not explain its cause.
Local handling and deliberate sharing
Audio detection and clip processing occur locally on the phone. Clips, related metadata and settings remain on the device in normal use, and nothing is uploaded or shared automatically.
You choose which recordings to keep, delete or share. The app may also remove older clips according to the retention settings you select.
Know the limits of a personal recorder
Zizly can help you revisit audible events, but it cannot determine why they happened. It does not diagnose sleep disorders, breathing conditions or any other medical issue.
Use the recordings as personal observations. Seek qualified advice when you have health concerns.
