Offline Subscription Tracker for Android

An offline subscription tracker lets you consult your recurring costs without signing into another account. Seabil keeps the subscription records you enter locally on Android, so your overview does not depend on cloud synchronization.

Keep your subscription list useful away from a connection

Before travelling, record your services, amounts, currencies, billing intervals and next renewal dates. You can consult and maintain those local records when a connection is unavailable, instead of relying on scattered emails to remember what is due.

This is manual tracking: Seabil does not connect to your bank or discover subscriptions for you. Update the record when a provider changes a price or billing date. The general subscription-management guide explains how to organize the full list.

Local-first does not mean every service works offline

Core tracking needs no Seabil account. Subscription data stays on your device, without automatic cloud synchronization or an advertising-funded experience.

Google Play handles optional purchases and purchase restoration. Opening a provider’s account page or checking its current bill may also require a connection. Keeping a local overview does not make those separate services available offline.

Use local reminders with realistic expectations

Choose a reminder for a renewal you have checked with the provider. Local alerts can help you notice an approaching charge without a Seabil cloud account.

Android notification permissions, battery settings and background restrictions still affect delivery. Test reminders on your phone; keep a separate reminder for a deadline you cannot afford to miss.

Choose when and where to preserve your records

Local storage gives you control, but it also makes a separate backup important. Losing a phone or clearing app data can leave you without your subscription history.

Lifetime includes user-controlled encrypted backup and restore. Create a backup before changing devices and choose where to retain it; mandatory cloud storage is not part of the workflow.
